Jeremiah McMillan

Jeremiah McMillan is an innovative producer, advisor, & business development executive, specializing in multi-screen content development and international distribution, partnerships, and content licensing {pre-sales, co-productions, formats & adaptations}.

He has developed and produced original and adapted multi-screen and branded entertainment content with international partners and brands including Audi, Red Bull, HP, SBS, MBC, and Discovery, to name a few. His early ventures in original digital and multiple-platform content has taken him around the world both as a speaker, and in leading discussions in the digital entertainment industry {web, mobile, TV, et al} on new business models around the development, financing, production and distribution of multi-screen content internationally.

Many of these innovative and “thought-leadership” ideas have been referenced in groundbreaking articles about new digital business models for industry publications Tubefilter, andMediapost, and presented to leading U.S. studios and international media companies from Europe to Asia. Jeremiah has advised consulting clients including multi-national broadcast networks, government agencies, & digital technology start-ups. Jeremiah studied International Relations at the University of Toronto, and Film Studies at Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada.

He is a member of the Academy of Television, Arts & Sciences –Interactive Media Group, Producer’s Guild of America – New Media, and board member of the PGA’s International Committee.

Ajay Dugar, Consulting Principal -

Ajay  Dugar is an executive in digital media & entertainment, based in Los Angeles.  In his current role, Ajay advises clients in the area of digital content distribution, multi-platform/device strategies and international content licensing.  Most recently, Ajay was with Paramount Pictures, where he was responsible for identifying and implementing new digital business models and strategies around distribution and monetization of digital entertainment content across Online (transactional VOD, EST, Streaming), Mobile and Interactive (Gaming) platforms.

Previously, Ajay was the Director of Product Management at Hewlett Packard’s Digital Entertainment Services group, which specialized in a set of foundational technologies and operational capabilities to provide content owners, aggregators and advertisers with the ability to create, manage and re-purpose “digital masters”  for commercial transactions.

Before HP, Ajay headed the Product team at ClickStar, an online entertainment portal. There he managed various facets of the consumer product launch and offering including operating P&L, promotional programs and revenue maximization strategies based on studio licensing deals.

Prior to ClickStar, Ajay worked in the digital anti-piracy field at MediaSentry. He was responsible for managing the scanning/investigation and enforcement products and services for the major motion picture studios. Large, strategic clients included Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, Walt Disney Studios, Twentieth Century Fox, Turner Broadcasting, RIAA, and the MPAA.

Mr. Dugar holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Business from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.
